About the methods

Emotion Code

Emotions are powerful forces which form our life. If you imagine your life as a grand painting, your emotions are the colours. Every single event in your life is coloured by its own emotions, the good and the hurtful ones.

If we don't fully feel an emotion, from its beginning to its end, that emotion can become trapped. These trapped emotions accumulate and become your "emotional baggage".

The EMOTION CODE is a healing method that makes it possible to communicate with your subconscious mind and allows your trapped emotions to be found and released.

You can break free from your emotional baggage and discover how your moods, your relationship with yourself and others, and your connection to the world will change into more positive experiences.

Body Code

Our body has an incredible built-in-self-healing power. Isn't it amazing how, for example, our skin grows back after we cut our finger? This innate ability to heal can, however, be disrupted by various imbalances. These imbalances are often the root causes of discomfort, sickness and suffering.

The The BODY CODE™ is a systematic method for identifying and releasing these imbalances on an energetic level, using a holistic thinking approach. Each imbalance that is released helps the body regain and enhance its natural healing ability.

The BODY CODE™ can help identify six main types of imbalances:

Energy Imbalances – Emotional or trauma-related energies, mental energies, and offensive energies

Body System Imbalances – Issues affecting organs, glands, muscles, body systems, or meridians

Toxin Imbalances – Heavy metals, free radicals, electromagnetic radiation, chemicals, or microbial toxins

Pathogen Imbalances – Parasites, fungi, bacteria, viruses, or mold

Structural Misalignments – Misalignments in bones, nerves, muscles, connective tissue, organs, or glands

Nutritional or Lifestyle Imbalances – Issues related to sleep, diet, hydration, nutrients, or environmental factors like magnetic fields

Our subconscious mind knows which imbalances need to be addressed to support healing. By systematically asking the subconscious using the BODY CODE SYSTEM™—through muscle testing—we can uncover and release these imbalances. This allows the body to more effectively activate its own healing mechanisms.

Belief Code

A belief is a thought or idea you accept as true or false, right or wrong. It acts like a filter through which you perceive yourself, others, life, and the world. Beliefs shape how you interpret events, and and influence your emotional and behavioral responses.

Beliefs (filters) are often formed through childhood conditioning, cultural or family norms, emotional experiences, trauma, or repeated internal or external messages.

Imagine your mind wearing a pair of glasses. The lenses are made of your beliefs:

If your belief is "I'm not good enough," you may filter every experience through self-doubt — even praise can feel like pity.

If your belief is "I can heal," you'll filter life through hope and possibility — challenges become opportunities for growth.

Beliefs can also be seen as vibrational frequencies stored subconciously in the energy body. Through the Belief Code® method these energies can be found and released in the subconscious mind.

The goal is to identify and clear unhelpful filters — beliefs that no longer serve you — so you can see the world more clearly and live with greater freedom.

-Basic Principles and Tools-

The body – our house

A metaphor is a powerful image that gives insight into and understanding of something that might otherwise be difficult to grasp. The image of a house is used to provide a glimpse into how the Emotion Code–Body Code–Belief Code method affects the different parts of the human being, and how these can come into harmony with one another through treatments.

Our innate ability for self-healing

Healing, recovery, regeneration, renewal, rebuilding, restoration – many words can be used to describe the human being’s unique, innate ability to self-heal. This ability is the very foundation of good and lasting health. Is it not impressive how a wound heals, often without leaving any visible trace? Symptoms and illness are the body’s way of telling that the healing ability is blocked. The method aims to remove these blockages so that the innate capacity for regeneration can function optimally.

Our different levels of consciousness

Imagine the landscape around the North Pole, where the deep blue sea is broken by icebergs of all sizes rising up through the surface. Sitting in a small boat, the gaze drifts across this majestic scenery. Only the tip of the iceberg breaks the water’s surface, while most of it remains hidden deep below. The outline of the iceberg just beneath the surface can be sensed, but what lies in the depths – and whether it might be connected to other icebergs – remains invisible from the perspective in the boat. This image can help create an understanding of the different parts of the mind and provide a clearer impression of the various levels of consciousness: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, the unconscious mind, and the collective unconscious.
